- Sauté Masala: Heat butter/oil on a tawa. Sauté chopped onions, capsicum, tomatoes, green chilies, and paneer/veggies with red chili powder, pav bhaji masala, salt, and mayonnaise/sauces. Push mixture to the side.
- Toast Buns: Add a little butter to the cleared center of the tawa and toast sliced burger buns until lightly golden.
- Assemble: Spread sauces (mayo/ketchup) on bottom bun. Add a cooked patty or the spicy tawa veggie stuffing, place a cheese slice right on top, and cover with the top bun.
- Melt & Roll (The Tawa Magic): Cover the burger on low heat with a lid for 30–60 seconds so the cheese slice melts. Optionally, roll the outside of the burger in remaining spicy butter and cilantro left on the tawa before serving hot.
