Marine tikki sandwich

A Marine Tikki Sandwich is a coastal-inspired twist on the classic crispy patty sandwich, incorporating seasoned seafood into a golden, spiced patty (tikki).

1. The Tikki (Patty): Made from minced fish, prawns, or mixed seafood blended with mashed potatoes, herbs, garlic, green chilies, and aromatic spices, then pan-fried or deep-fried until crunchy on the outside and tender inside.
2. The Assembly: Served inside toasted bread, buns, or pav, layered with crisp lettuce, sliced tomatoes, onions, and spicy or tangy condiments like mint chutney, tartar sauce, or garlic mayo.
3. Flavor Profile: Hot, crisp, and savory with fresh ocean flavors balanced by warm Indian spices and zesty spreads.
